Please call the probe shack or main elevator as we are filling up on wet corn space. We are waiting on more cars from the CP in order to be able to create more space. Please call John Sorenson, Operations Manager 218-684-1023 about corn space availabilty. We do have more space available for beans at this time.  

 

 

Farmers Grain, LLC will be extending hours as needed for harvest. Please call 218-681-6281 for extended hours. We will be open on weekends as need. Please call Cody Niess, General Manager, with any questions on hours and weekends during harvest: 641-832-8464. Our typical harvest hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

 

 

Farmers Grain, LLC has installed new RFID card readers to make weighing in and weighing out as simple as possible. Upon your first visit, we will create a card for you. Each truck will have its own card. Tickets are printed at both outbound scales. Our employees in the driveway will be there to unload your product and after your card is created, there should be little reason to get out of your vehicle. Please, stay in your vehicle as much as possible to ensure maximum unloading efficiency. 

 

Wheat protein discounts will start at -4c per 1/5 down from 14.0, +3c per 1/5 up from 14.0 and will adjust based on market. Maximum discount of 50c per bu, maximum premium of 30c per bu. 

 

No drying charges for any soybeans under 17% MST. 

 

Farmers Grain, LLC will be phasing out open storage of grain and opting for all unpriced grain to be placed on Deferred Pricing contracts. Please call Cody at 641-832-8464 if you have grain on open storage and would like to discuss options for grain currently placed on open storage. 

 

We appreciate your patronage and flexibility as we start using our new expansion and work out any troubleshooting as we move into a new era of efficiency. We will be moving to a new website and phone app after Jan 1, 2023. Each customer will have the ability to create a profile to see their existing contracts, and eventually will be able to hedge grain via the app.
